Complete the enclosed application form and send it to the college for evaluation and acceptance. Please include all attested supporting documents i.e. valid SEE and +2 certificates.

If your qualifications satisfy the course entry requirements, the college will send you OFFER OF AN ADMISSION SLIP confirming that you have been accepted on the course. This document required from you in order to be admitted.

If you are successful in gaining an appointment you are then required to pay part of all of the course fees and the college will issue you a final acceptance letter confirming your payment.

You are required to pay the balance of your fees before commencing your course.
Scholarship is provided to students on need and merit basis. Candidates seeking financial assistance should submit a recommendation letter from municipality along with application form. Also the class topper in the in the terminal and board examinations will get periodic scholarship.

The details filled up in the application form must be true and correct.

The student must be regular and punctual in college hours. S/he won’t be granted any leave without any prior information and written request letter from guardian. If s/he remains absent without prior information, s/he will be charged Rs. 100/- per day.

At least 80% attendance is a must in an academic session to be eligible for examination.

College uniform is a must, long hair, jewelries, cosmetics and coloring nails will not be entertained.

The students are bound to complete their home assignments and succeed in the internal tests compulsorily.

The students must pass each term exam securing at least 40% in each subject. If s/he fails to do so, s/he won’t be allowed to sit in the TU Board examination.

If the students receiving scholarship fail to keep commitment as mentioned in the scholarship commitment form, their scholarship facilities will be cancelled.

The name of the student will be struck off from enrollment register in case of continuous absence for 15 days without pre information.

The college premises are smoke-free zone. If any student is found using any narcotic drug or smoking within college premises, s/he will be expelled from the college at any time.

The progress report card will be issued only in the presence of the student and the guardian.

The college administration will be compelled to take any strong step against those who fail to follow the rules and regulations adopted by the college and affect the academic environment of the college.

The student will be responsible for any damage or destruction of college property

Cell phone and any electronics are prohibited in College premises. If any student is found with them, strong action will be taken against him along with the seizure of the gadgets.

No fees will be refunded once the student is admitted to the college.

Student enrollment in next class depends on his/her overall performance including discipline in the previous class. Those students who fail to follow the system of college and cannot improve themselves will not be enrolled in TU Board examination.

Students are required to be in the college premises everyday at least five minutes prior to the commencement of classes.

Students themselves will be responsible to establish a bond of unison between the college management and their parents/guardians; it is their moral responsibility to pass all the important notices to their parents and guardians.
